I have been going to PV for over 15 years and the Pescado Sarandeado (Grilled fish) at the Rio Grande is always my first meal, and often my last one before departure. Over the years I have brought many friends to PV, and, like me, they have come to love their delicious fish. Next time you go to PV ask for Arturo (owner), he is a very humble and simple man. If you are lucky and Carmelo is working the tables, ask him for the free "after dinner" drink.
